Salary: Grade 6 (£26,409 - £27,711)
Job/Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary - up to 12 months. 37 hours per week

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Risk & Intelligence Administrator to join our Corporate Risk and Intelligence Team. This role plays a key part in supporting our Protection Inspectors and coordinating fire safety audits on their behalf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and maintain records in CFRMIS (Community Fire Risk Management Information System).
- Take ownership of data quality, ensuring records are up-to-date, consistent, and reliable.
- Liaise with community members and external partners to support safeguarding and risk-related matters.
- Process and progress safeguarding referrals in line with our internal procedures.
- Provide proactive administrative support to our Prevention and Protection teams, contributing to the delivery of our service.
You must have a strong understanding of data and the value it can bring to a range of stakeholders. This is a temporary position for up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension or being made permanent, subject to internal review and system developments.
