We receive 999 fire calls from East Riding of Yorkshire, City of Hull, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire areas. When a call is received Control Operators ask a variety of questions to determine the most appropriate response to an incident.
We liaise closely with:

- Yorkshire Ambulance Service
- East Midlands Ambulance Service
- Utility Companies
- Local Authorities
Our Control Room is staffed by 4 Watches (Blue, Green, Red and White), working 2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts. Each Watch is made up of:
1 Watch Manager
2 Crew Managers
3 Control Operators
They are highly trained to deal with any kind of emergency by providing the most appropriate advice.
