An exciting opportunity to join Humberside Fire and Rescue award winning team: we are looking to recruit an experienced wellbeing manager with a passion for improving the wellbeing of our staff, with a focus on mental health. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team.

You will play a key role in the ongoing development of preventative Health and Wellbeing across the service and are responsible for managing a small multi-disciplinary team.

The role is full time, 37 hours per week based at the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Facility at Beverley Fire Station. The role involves interaction with Service employees and will include travel to various HFRS sites. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of first -class wellbeing service, leading projects and representing the Head of the Department.
