Service Improvement
Jamie Morris, Corporate Assurance
Jamie is responsible for strategic planning cycle, strategic plan, Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP), performance management, strategic risk management, programme and project management, audit and peer review, operational assessment, and corporate communication and events.
Mark Fuller, Health, Safety and Environment and Organisational Learning
Mark is responsible for health, safety and environment, and organisational learning within the Service Improvement Directorate.
Mike Lumley-Holmes, Risk and Intelligence (Temporary)

Mike is responsible for the Service’s provision of data and intelligence directly aligned to the Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) and producing data and intelligence led information for Prevention and Protection activities.
Daniella Thorpe, Digital Services
Daniella is responsible for strategic IT development, operational communications, data systems, Firewatch system and administration, mobilising system, gazetteer and IT operations.
Emergency Response
Claire Tait, North and North East Lincolnshire
Claire is responsible for all aspects of Emergency Response for the counties of North and North East Lincolnshire which includes one mixed Full-Time/On-Call fire station, two Full-Time fire stations and nine On-Call fire stations.
Dom Purchon, East Riding of Yorkshire

Dom is responsible for all aspects of Emergency Response for East Riding which includes two mixed Full-Time/On-Call fire stations and 11 On-Call fire stations.
Craig Henry, Hull
Craig is responsible for all aspects of Emergency Response for Hull which includes five Full-Time fire stations and a Falls team that responds to low-level falls in the home, supporting our health partners. Craig is also responsible for our Fire Control.
Resilience and Public Safety
Lynsey Driver, Protection
As Head of Protection, Lynsey provides strategic leadership for the Service's approach to building safety, risk reduction and regulatory excellence. She leads the continual development of intelligence-led protection services, influencing policy, shaping fire safety standards and working with partners locally and nationally to deliver safer outcomes for people, businesses and the built environment.
Sarah Wilkinson, Prevention

Sarah leads the Service’s Prevention function, setting the strategic direction for prevention and early intervention. Her portfolio includes safeguarding, person-centred prevention, Home Fire Safety Visits, road and water safety and youth engagement. She is focused on developing a progressive, evidence-led approach that strengthens partnership working, targets risk and drives improved outcomes for communities.
Glyn Dixon, Fleet, Research and Capability
Glyn is responsible for the Service’s current and future fleet and operational equipment needs, including research, development, and innovation to ensure our firefighters always have the tools they need to support operational response. He is also in charge of formulating operational policies and guidance, as well as maintaining the Service's operational capabilities to ensure an efficient and innovative response.
Glyn Saunders, Estates and Resilience

Glyn Saunders leads Humberside Fire and Rescue Service's estates, resilience and emergency planning portfolio. He oversees the Joint Estates Service and a substantial capital programme that is transforming the Service's operational estate and supporting long-term investment in frontline infrastructure.
Alongside this, Glyn is responsible for emergency planning, business continuity, national resilience, JESIP, major incident preparedness and COMAH exercising. He works extensively with partners across the Humber Local Resilience Forum to strengthen multi-agency preparedness, coordination and response capability across the region.
Glyn also provides leadership of the Service's Hydrants Team, ensuring the effective management of essential water supplies that underpin operational response and community safety.
Finance

Anne Stott, Human Resources
Anne is responsible for the development and implementation of the HR delivery plan ensuring alignment with the Service Strategic Plan.

Mike is responsible for the development and implementation of the organisational development delivery plan ensuring alignment with the HR delivery plan and the Service Strategic Plan. Mike is also responsible for On Boarding and Induction workforce planning, change management, culture development, people performance management, talent management and succession planning, leadership development and apprenticeships.
Steve Colakovic, Operational Training

Steve is responsible for core role related training, RTC training, response driving, technical rescue training, as well as incident command training and assessment.
Jordan Kerman, Occupational Health and Wellbeing
Jordan joined the team in June 2023 and is responsible for the physical and mental wellbeing of employees. With aims to prevent work-related illness and injury by supporting staff and monitoring the health of the workforce.
