Humberside Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS) has adopted the Information Commissioner's Office revised Model Publication Scheme which sets out our commitment to make information available. This publication commits an authority to make information available to the public as part of its normal business activities.
Click here to view more information on the Model Publication Scheme on the Information Commissioner's Office website.
The scheme sets out the classes (types) of information which are available and which are identified in HFRS' guide (HFRS website). The guide gives details of the information that we publish or intend to publish, how the information is published and whether a charge is payable. Where information is not identified in the guide, any individual or organisation can, under the Act's general right of access, ask to have access to any information held by HFRS.
To request general information which we hold that is not included on this website, please follow the Freedom of Information Requests procedure below. If you are requesting personal information that you believe Humberside Fire and Rescue Service holds about you then please refer to the Data Protection section.
Incident Data can be viewed and downloaded from our Open Data Portal which includes a mapping system to extract key pieces of information.
