Do Home Fire Safety Visits carried out by the Fire and Rescue Service reduce falls and improve wellbeing among older people?

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS) is working with the University of York on a research project to see if Home Fire Safety Visits improve the wellbeing of older people and reduce the number of falls they have.

Recruitment to the FIREFLI study has now ended. Thank you to everyone who agreed to take part. We are now in the process of analysing the results.
