We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Cook to join our team and help keep our Firehouse Café running smoothly.As an Assistant Cook, you will play a vital role in supporting our Chef and ensuring our Café operates efficiently. You will possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a vibrant environment.Your duties will include:
- Preparation of the dining area for service.
- Assisting in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages.
- Washing and storing kitchen equipment.
- Assisting in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene within the kitchen environment.
- Supporting the team in day-to-day kitchen tasks.
