Humberside Fire and Rescue Service was proud to host a Long Service and Good Conduct Ceremony at The MKM in Hull on Friday 5 June 2026.
This event celebrated those who have dedicated their lives to serving others. Their commitment, courage and integrity not only uphold the finest traditions of the fire and rescue service but also inspire those who have the privilege of working alongside them.
In recognition of their outstanding service, the following awards have been presented to 38 members of staff:
- 20 Year Fire Brigade Long Service and Good Conduct Medal
- 20 Year Award
- 30 Year Fire Brigade Long Service Clasp
- 30 Year Award
- 40 Year Fire Brigade Long Service Clasp
- 50 Year Certificate
The event highlighted the vital role and dedication of firefighters and fire staff who work tirelessly to protect and support their communities. Their long service is not only a testament to their personal commitment but also a foundation of the fire service’s mission to keep people safe.
The Service continues to acknowledge and thank all staff for their continued dedication and hard work in ensuring the safety of and delivering an outstanding service to the communities across the Humber area.
