On Friday 22 November, Humberside Fire and Rescue Service welcomes back its 16th Annual Recognition Awards. This evening celebrates outstanding people who have made a difference to those around them.
This year we received 90 nominations across six categories. In August, an independent judging panel decided on the top three nominees within each category.
The Award Categories this year are:
- Innovation Award, sponsored by NEC.
- Most Influential Person Award, sponsored by Trans2 Performance.
- Team of the Year, sponsored by MSA.
- Watch/Fire Station of the Year sponsored by Scania.
- Colleague of the Year, sponsored by PBI Performance Products.
- Unsung Hero Award, sponsored by Capsticks.
- Chief’s Award sponsored by Howdens.
This year's host, David Hudson, will announce the winners during the night. Good look to all our nominees.
