Salary: Grade 6 £27,254 - £28,598
Location: Beverley Fire Station

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake regular maintenance and testing of portable fire-fighting equipment within the Fire Service’s geographical area. To ensure the maintenance of water supplies through inspection, testing and repair of hydrants and basic maintenance service across the Authority.
Applicants will need to have previous experience of working in a maintenance environment, a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and have a good understanding of current Health and Safety regulations. Having good written and oral communication skills, along with a full driving licence are essential.
