Today we congratulate and welcome 15 Full-Time firefighters to the Humberside Fire family.
Our latest recruits demonstrated the skills they have learned over recent weeks in front of family and friends as our class of 2022 celebrates the culmination of 10 weeks of hard work.
Chris Blacksell, Chief Fire Officer, said: “Every firefighter plays a critical role in keeping our communities and each other safe. The pride and satisfaction in serving the community and being part of this incredible team cannot be underestimated.
"Today is the start of a career that is both challenging and rewarding but also brings with it great responsibility. I am so very proud of the hard work our recruits have done and watch them pass out from the recruits course.”
