Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, 37hrs Per Week

Salary: Grade 6, £27,254 - £28,858

Location: Service Headquarters, Summergroves way, Hessle

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting public service excellence?

Play a vital role in delivering high-quality assurance, communications, and support across key service activities. You’ll contribute to the success of our Tactical, Strategic, and Community Risk Management Plans, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned and reactive internal and external communications, supporting engagement activities and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for Service policies, including consultations, quality assurance, and publication.
  • Administer the Service Risk and Opportunity Register and Project Register, facilitating meetings and reporting.
  • Assist with the annual internal audit plan and scrutiny programmes.
  • Undertake reception duties and coordinate customer service activities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners on information governance, events, and communications.
  • Demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and innovation in problem-solving and adapting to changing priorities
