Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week

Salary: Grade 11, £45,529 - £47,665

Location: Service Headquarters, Summergroves Way, Hull, HU4 7BB

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS) is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Culture Improvement Manager to lead the development and delivery of our culture transformation agenda. Working with senior leaders, colleagues and partners across the Service, you will play a pivotal role in embedding our values, strengthening inclusion, enhancing employee engagement and creating an environment where everyone can thrive and perform at their best. Key role requirements (knowledge, skills and experience):
•    Postgraduate level qualification (or equivalent relevant professional experience) in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field, e.g. organisational psychology, business management, sociology or change management. 
•    Significant experience of leading organisational culture, organisational development, workforce improvement or change management initiatives.
•    Experience of developing and implementing strategic improvement plans and tracking outcomes.
•    Comprehensive knowledge of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion legislation, including the Equality Act 2010 and Public Sector Equality Duty.
