We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Positive Attraction Advisor to support the development and delivery of innovative attraction, outreach and employer branding activities. Working closely with our Positive Attraction Manager and key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in promoting HFRS as an inclusive, diverse and high-performing organisation, helping to engage and inspire individuals from all backgrounds to consider a career with us. Through community engagement, relationship building and targeted attraction initiatives, you will help ensure our workforce reflects the communities we serve while supporting our commitment to equality, inclusion and workforce development priorities.
Key role requirements (knowledge, skills and experience):
• Qualification (Level 3), or equivalent experience, in Marketing, Digital Studies, Communications, Media, Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• Experience of supporting community engagement, outreach, recruitment, attraction, marketing or public-facing activities.
• Experience of maintaining accurate records and producing reports or feedback summaries.
• Awareness of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion legislation and its impact on attraction and representation.
