Customer Service Excellence Standard

We are pleased and proud to announce that we have retained the Customer Service Excellence Standard for the 11th year running.
“Humberside Fire & Rescue Service were found to have a deep understanding of, and commitment to, Customer Service Excellence and their increased engagement with local communities has been important in aiding HFRS in supporting their region in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. It is also worth noting that despite some members of staff being affected by the virus, HFRS has continued to maintain their excellent level of service.” Thank you to all our staff who continue to provide this excellent standard of service to our Communities.
