We are delighted to announce that we have retained the Customer Service Standard for a further 3 years, following an audit that took place on 18 and 19 January 2021.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service (HFRS) were the first organisation to take part in a second remote assessment due to the COVID-19 pandemic and we received additional recognition for our response throughout the pandemic, in particular our work with the vulnerable members of our community and staff welfare.
