We are excited to offer a permanent job opportunity to join our Resource Management Team at Service Headquarters based in Hull.
This Administrator role requires a customer-focused approach to provide a first line response to internal enquiries including Rotas, Availability and Pay for Fulltime Firefighters, Control and Support colleagues. This includes responsibility for processing payroll, Firewatch® administration and production of qualitative and quantitative reports. You will provide guidance and support regarding associated policies and practices to assist managers and staff on implementation of effective organisational resource management.
The post holder will have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, together with excellent administrative and communication skills, alongside behaviours that are aligned with our Core Code of Ethics. https://humbersidefire.gov.uk/about-us/principles-and-behaviours
