Are you an experienced and pro-active HR professional with a passion for supporting people?
We are seeking a confident and capable HR Advisor to join our HR Team, working closely with our team of HR Service Partners, in shaping our HR function and contributing to a positive and inclusive working culture. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a pro-active and effective HR function, in addition to providing first-line advice to managers and employees of the Service. The role also requires flexibility and a willingness to travel across the Humberside Fire and Rescue Service area.
