Notice is given that from 20 June 2022 to 29 July 2022 between 9.00am and 4.30pm any persons interested may by prior appointment inspect and make copies of the accounts of the above named Authority for the period ending 31 March 2022. These will be available at Humberside Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters, Summergroves Way, Kingston upon Hull, HU4 7BB and on our website at www.humbersidefire.gov.uk
Application should be made initially to the Executive Director of Finance/Section 151 Officer via the following email: corporatecommunication@humbersidefire.gov.uk or via (01482) 565333 or via the above postal address. Notice is also given that from 20 June 2022 until 29 July 2022, any local government elector, or representative of the elector, is given the opportunity to question the Auditor about the accounting records, and that any such elector has the right to make an objection to the Auditor as to any matter in respect of which the Auditors could take action under S28 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (namely, an unlawful item of account), or could make a report in the public interest under Section 24 of that Act. The objection must be made in writing to the Auditor, with a copy sent to the Fire Authority.
