Shared parental checklist
- Employees may want to discuss with their line manager and a hrsp with regards to spl/shpp and intentions.
- Once an employee has decided they wish to take spl/shpp, hr should then be made aware 8 weeks in advance and also be provided with evidence and signed declarations. This will then be approved by hr and the process will begin with system updates and payroll amendments.
- A discussion will be had with your line manager with regards to how this will look and work.
